Greetings,
A *Rule of Thumb*: if it controls and manipulates one's thinking and/or behavior in any way shape or form -- it IS conditioning. Sometimes blatantly overt, yet most of the time quite subtle and subliminal. Money, greed, is only part of the reasons that one would condition another. There is also the power of misdirecting another to one's liking. The bottom line is: if it prevents one's Awakening, get rid of it.
