Dharma IS Karma

The original writers of Scriptures tend to be Awakening, yet those who interpret Scriptures do not necessarily need to be. Was this not one of Jesus' main thrusts, to "clarify the law". He said that he was not out to discard the Scriptures but rather to Help people Understand them. Either he did a poor job or those who came after him did a poor job because there are few, who Truly Understand and are able to Truly interpret the very Scripture they *believe*. So who is it they *believe* ? Clergy who do not Truly Understand or know how to interpret the Scriptures themselves ? "False prophets" ? The Grand Trickster ? When Christians learn to Truly Understand and Truly interpret their own "Holy Bible", they will Realize that they have been duped by the very organized religion that they have been *thinking* held the keys to their salvation. What I state here applies to any organized religion, just that some are not quite as bad as others. Yet, Awakening, there is no *lesser of evils*. Truth is Pathless, you will not get there via any half-baked understanding and/or interpretation. "I come not to bring peace, but a sword", a Sword of Truth.

It is True that as doors shut and thereby block our Way, there are always those Truly Awakening who will find a way to Open a window to get the Message out to those wandering in the abbeys. Yet as I have said quite some time ago, and the telltale subtle signs are becoming more evident, doors will be forced shut the further into Kali Yuga we go and those starting their Awakening will be hard pressed to locate those windows. I would say that we do not have to worry about it in this incarnation, but we will in the next. So, it would seem, that we have no good reason why we should not start Preparing right NOW. Gathering the Tools we will need to Sharpen our Sword of Truth as Warriors on the Path of Awakening.

It would seem to be more than a *coincidence* that many True Teachers from the East have come to the West and Opened much information hitherto unbeknownst to the West. Sadly enough most of them were corrupted by the Grand Trickster once they got here, but the Fact remains that the Vital Information that they brought with them is still intact -- as Pointers -- IF we can Understand it. Not only did they bring information with them but they also showed us some Tools that we could use to take a closer look at our own True Teachers and Scriptures -- as Pointers -- IF we can Understand it. Is this not a Sign that perhaps we should be Preparing ? Though Preparing for what is actually of little importance for that is some future occurrence, would it not seem that we might be Preparing for the next time around ? We can not know what we will encounter *next time* for it is not Real yet, but we can rest assured that it will not be as easy as *this time*. I would say that it is worthy to investigate, if nothing else.

"Ah, who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men............... the Shadow Knows". A fond quote from a radio program before television, "The Shadow". Before television people were glued to radios listening to radio programs, now a days they are glued to television watching movies.

The quote from "The Shadow" comes to mind because there is where the "evil force" is -- in our hearts and in our minds. For evil has no force if we do not drive it and give it impetus. Humanity has become conditioned programmed controlled manipulated automatons, with war and conflict and hatred in their minds and their hearts. This is shown in their thinking and their behavior. Are there not more crimes in the streets today than there was even a decade ago ? Are there not more innocent shootings by children today than there were even a decade ago ? Are there not more atrocities in all parts of the world today than there were even a decade ago ? Is there not more corruption and deceit in government and business and religious organizations today than even a decade ago ? One does not have to look very far to see the proof that the evil is not *out there* but rather *Within* the pathetic robots we erroneously call *Man*. A sad commentary on the so called *Human Advancement*. You ask for *proof* of statements ? All you have to do is take an Open Honest look around.

The final frontier is not *out there*, but rather Within our mind and our heart. When we finally get on the *Inner Trek* rather than the *Star Trek*, we perhaps will actually be able to do something about the evil that WE manifest. Yes, WE are the Cause of our own Suffering. So pointing our finger at some contrived devil guy only diverts our attention away from Openly and Honestly looking into the Mirror of Truth. For it is that Open Honest look into the Mirror of Truth that will reveal the Real Devil Guy. Did Jesus not say "I come not to bring peace, but a sword", a Sword of Truth to cut away the defilements of our conditioned thinking and behavior. He also warned "release the influences upon you for they will keep you from entering the kingdom of heaven". He said that to his disciples due to their conditioned thinking before they started studying with him -- they were still very much influenced by their previous life. There is no one to blame for our defilements, but WE are to blame if we do nothing about them.

Scientific proofs or facts are not necessarily Truths for they change as our ability to understand or more accuracy in our fact finding changes. There is but One Truth and that is the non-changing though ever anew ever present Ultimate Reality of What-IS. Yes, what I mean as *personal truths* are those conditioned beliefs that we call truth that are not Truth at all but rather our conditioned ideas and images and meanings and notions of all sorts.

*Once all conditioned ideas and images and meanings and notions of all sorts are let go of* Truth is Truth regardless of who is looking at it. It is our conditioned notions that make us *think* that everyone can have their own truth, that is why there is so much conflict and war and abuse and abandonment and Suffering in the world. The Key of course being that we let go of our cherished conditioned notions, THEN we will all see the same answers. For there is but One answer, Truth, and Truth does not come in various flavors according to our liking. Letting go of our dearly beloved conditioned notions is most Painful, for we have grown quite dependent on them for our seeming security and sense of importance and the support of our ego. When we Realize that the only thing that is important is that we BE our True unconditioned Nature, we Realize the folly of our conditioned thinking and behavior. But the cost of letting go of those closely held conditioned notions is too High for most to bare, for it requires the most Painful and arduous struggle with the Grand Trickster our conditioned mind that we will ever undertake. For we will give up most anything including life itself for some cause whether it be nobel or foolish, yet will not give up even a minor shard of the Causes of our Suffering. Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita portrays this quite well.

Sleeping we have a choice between which conditioned notion to apply at any given time. Awakening we Realize that we can only do what must be done, so we are left with no seeming choices. When we let go of our conditioned ideas and images and meanings and judgements that Veil our very BEing from being able to BE our True Nature of Infinite Awakeness, we Realize the conditioned folly in so called choices. It is only in our conditioned arrogance that we *think* that we have some seeming choice of this or that. Robots do not choose, they think and act as programmed. Chose not, but rather do what must be done and let it go at that.

I dare say that if the planet Earth and all life forms on it would suddenly destroy itself (as mankind's foolishness is ever bring us to that brink) that the Cosmos would hardly feel a ripple of effect. This planet and life on it compared to the whole of the Cosmos is most insignificant. That is, this place is not special, though we are conditioned to *believe* otherwise. It is in your own personal relationship with The Divine Source of Consciousness, your True Nature, that Truth is Realized. That which you Live after all of the talk is done...... is your own personal Inner Consciousness Within Manifesting Without.

Indeed, the most Painful and arduous task humanity has ever or will ever have to undertake. For to let go of our cherished beloved conditioned notions we would have to let go of everything we seemingly *know* and fully embrace ourself IN/AS what we do not know. Did Jesus not say "I am the Light and the Way" ? Not by his *words* but by his thinking and behavior. His words are but Pointers for us to BE his thinking and his behavior. He did not mean *do as I say* but rather *do as I do* or *BE me*. That is, *may the True Nature IN/AS me Embrace the True Nature IN/AS you as a True Nature of One*.

Truth and Reality is a Pathless land. If we "follow" anything we are, as "programmed, robot, stuffed dog stuff!". This would include following our conditioned ideas and images and meanings and notions of all sorts. And if we never Truly Observe ourself, if we never Truly Openly and Honestly show ourself in front of the Mirror of Truth, and see what programmed conditioned controlled manipulated automatons we have become, we will *think* that we are free and independent agents of and for ourself. Yet who we follow is the Grand Trickster our conditioned notions. Legends in our own mind. What book ? There are many books of vital information for us as Pointers. Problem is that we become mesmerized and beguiled by the finger and lose sight of where the finger Points. As reasonably small as a dime is, when held too close to the eye we can not see beyond the dime. So I would say to follow no book, glean Insights from many Pointers, and find out for ourself by Directly Experiencing whatever IS the Moment without projecting any notions into/onto that Moment.

We understand the problem, intellectually. And we translate that problem, intellectually, to "letting go of the mind" because when we have had what some call a *Mystical Experience* there seems to be no mind. WRONG ! Where there is brain there is mind. The brain is a wonderful hard-drive that stores information/programs and the mind is the software or operating platform that initializes the information/programs. We fill the hard-drive with conditioned ideas and images and meanings and notions of all sorts during our surfing of life, so the software just initializes the stored information/programs on demand. So, when there is no demand for the information/program the mind is idle. It is the idle mind that we want to maintain, not actually no-mind. I say, as others do, let go of the Grand Trickster the conditioned mind, but actually the mind is not conditioned it is the arising thoughts that are conditioned. So it is that we must let go of the *contents* of the mind, the conditioned ideas and images and meanings and notions and let the mind be the mind. For you must have the hardware running (the body) and the operating platform running (the mind) in order to Experience anything including Awakening. So, intellectually, there is the solution to the riddle: let the hardware and operating platform run, just delete the thoughts from the start-up menu. For no matter how hard you try you will not start Awakening without the mind, but you have to Silence the mind.

The seeming insurmountable struggle we face is not IN/AS Awakening, but rather the struggle to let go of that which we are not. It is indeed a cruel hateful vengeful world that we have established, and we did establish that world because we are that world. But we come to a point where we see the crime upon ourselves of this vicious circle that we ourselves have established. Then the struggle begins to dismantle this cruel hateful vengeful vicious circle, and in that dismantling we Realize the Natural Unfolding of our Awakening. That is, the more baggage we let go of (dismantle) the Lighter our step IN/AS our Journey along the Path of Awakening.

And in such Observation of yourself, does this fact of non-reaction not indicate that improvements are being established ? Does it not indicate that at least some conditioned notions are being actually let go of, consciously or unconsciously ? It is when we start Truly Openly and Honestly Observing our own actions and reactions do we see the damaging effects of our conditioned ideas and images and meanings. And understanding how they control and manipulate our perception of whatever we observe, rendering the observation invalid. Understanding that makes letting go of the defilements that impede our Awakening a far simpler matter.

Unconditioned, we are without judgement, so there can be no "unconditioned judgement". Only in our conditioned mind is there good and bad judgement. The whole concept of good and bad or right and wrong requires judgement. Sleeping, we make such judgements and call them good or bad relative to our conditioned notions. Awakening, there is no good or bad as there is no judgement as to either. Whatever IS simply IS, neither good nor bad, so Awakening we would have nothing to judge. Discernment is not good judgement, but rather the Recognition of that which impedes (What-ISNOT) our Awakening and what aids (What-IS) our Unfolding Awakening. It is not a judgement as to What-IS and What-ISNOT, but rather a Recognition of the two and responding to What-IS. Only Awakening can we Recognize the difference. Awakening, we can Recognize What-ISNOT because that is where we WERE and Recognize What-IS because that is where we ARE. Sleeping, there is no Recognition because our understanding is limited to What-ISNOT. Sleeping, we respond to What-ISNOT, conditioned to *think* that it is What-IS, because that is all we can understand. This is the seat of all wars and conflict amongst the various cultures and religious groups. And so, Sleeping, we are *denying* What-IS. Sleeping, we are the Slayer of What-IS. Awakening, we are the Slayer of the Slayer of What-IS.

And the collective conditioning of the society controls and manipulates us. There will always be a collective, a sort of brotherhood or respectful understanding among those who share and help each other, but there is no need for a fraternal body or group to dictate one's thinking and behavior. Indeed, there are times and there are those that need a *social order* or conditioned code of standards. But we must Awaken from that need and BE an independent or free element whether in a group (society) or away form the group. Sleeping, there is a need. Awakening, there is no need. For Awakening, there are well defined Laws of Nature that govern our every thought and every action. So which would be of greater precedence, the Natural Cosmic Laws that regulate the whole of manifested form throughout the Cosmos or the petty conditioned dictates of a social group who are always fighting with each other and stealing form one another and falsely representing their intentions ? We each of us are associated to a given group or society......... by others. And we are conditioned to accept cling to that association. We cling to it and it Causes our Suffering. The Path of Awakening is a solitary Journey that only we can Walk. And their are no footprints to guide our Way. What great Teacher of yore, including such personalities as Jesus, considered themselves a part of the social order ? Does their example not tell you something ?
